Louisa Porter Douglass

Louisa Porter was born on December 21st, 1847 in Montreal, PQ, Canada.¹   Louisa Porter's father was Robert Douglass and her mother was Martha Monteith.  Her maternal grandfather was William Monteith. She had three brothers and seven sisters, named John, Benjamin, Benjamin Monteith, Mary, Margaret, Matilda Lillian, Elizabeth, Ellen Jane, Sarah Ann and Cecelia.  She was the fifth youngest of the eleven children.  She died at the age of 75 in 1922 in Randboro, PQ, Canada.¹
