Margaret Douglass

Margaret was born on April 28th, 1837 in Ireland.¹   Margaret's father was Robert Douglass and her mother was Martha Monteith.  Her maternal grandfather was William Monteith. She had three brothers and seven sisters, named John, Benjamin, Benjamin Monteith, Mary, Matilda Lillian, Elizabeth, Ellen Jane, Louisa Porter, Sarah Ann and Cecelia.  She was the second oldest of the eleven children.  She died at the age of 68 on February 10th, 1906.¹
