Jesse Marion Fortson 
Jesse Marion was born on November 22nd, 1812.1 Jesse Marion's father was Jesse Fortson and his mother was Mary Ballinger White. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Fortson and Rachel Winn; his maternal grandparents were Daniel White and Mary Ballinger. He had a brother and five sisters, named Thomas Daniel, Martha M., Elizabeth, Mary B., Jane M. and Alemeda Harriett. He was the fourth oldest of the seven children. He died at the age of 51 on April 13th, 1864.1 -
