Elizabeth Fortson 
Elizabeth was born on December 25th, 1802 in Elbert County, GA.1 Elizabeth's father was Jesse Fortson and her mother was Mary Ballinger White. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Fortson and Rachel Winn; her maternal grandparents were Daniel White and Mary Ballinger. She had two brothers and four sisters, named Jesse Marion, Thomas Daniel, Martha M., Mary B., Jane M. and Alemeda Harriett. She was the second oldest of the seven children. She died at the age of 46 on January 13th, 1849.1 -
