Willis Jackson was born on February 18th, 1882 in Hancyville, Blount Co., AL.1 Willis Jackson's father was John Thomas Farmer and his mother was Nancy Jane Ballard. His paternal grandparents were Armstead Farmer and Meg (Armstead Farmer); his maternal grandparents were Lewis Ballard and Mary E. Caldwell. He had five brothers and three sisters, named William D., Andy M., George T., John B., Walter, Cannie, Mary Lou and Cora. He died at the age of 83 on March 25th, 1965 in Tarrant County TX.1 -
