His paternal grandparents were John Thomas Farmer and Nancy Jane Ballard. He had five brothers and four sisters, named Charles Edward, Dewey Curtis, Kenneth Eugene, Jackson Dorman, Carl Edmond, Wanda Yvonne, Veita Viola, Hettie Mae and Gloria Marlene. He had two half-brothers and two half-sisters, named John Henry, Walter Hampton, Eula May and Ova Lee. He died at just 9 days old on March 5th, 1917 in Dallas, Dallas Co., TX.1 -
