Cicely was born on March 20th, 1469 in Westminster, Middlesex, England. Cicely's father was Edward IV Plantagenet and her mother was Elizabeth+ Wydeville. Her paternal grandparents were Richard Of York Plantagenet and Cecily Neville; her maternal grandparents were Richard+ Wydeville and Jacquette De+ Luxembourg. She had two brothers and three sisters, named Edward V, Richard, Elizabeth, Anne and Catherine. She was the second oldest of the six children. She had two half-brothers and a half-sister, named Arthur, Thomas+ and Elizabeth. She died at the age of 38 on August 24th, 1507 in Abbey, Quarr, Isle of Wight, England.
