Arthur was born before 1463. Arthur's father was Edward IV Plantagenet and his mother is Elizabeth Lucy. His paternal grandparents were Richard Of York Plantagenet and Cecily Neville. He had a sister named Elizabeth. He was the older of the two children. He had two half-brothers and four half-sisters, named Edward V, Richard, Elizabeth, Cicely, Anne and Catherine.
