Joan De+ was born about 1375 in Chateau (Castle) Beaufort, Maine-Et-Loire, Anjou, France.  Joan De+'s father was John Of Gaunt+ Plantagenet and her mother was Catherine De+ Roet.  Her paternal grandparents were Edward III+ Plantagenet and Philippa D'+ Avesnes; her maternal grandfather is Payn+ Roet. She had two brothers named Henry and John De+. She had a half-brother and three half-sisters, named Henry IV+, Philippa, Elizabeth+ and Katherine.  She died on November 13th, 1440 in Howden, Yorkshire, England.  She was buried in Lincoln Cathedral, Lincoln, Lincolnshire, England.
