Cecily was born on May 3rd, 1415 in Raby Castle, Durham, England.  Cecily's father was Ralph+ Neville and her mother was Joan De+ Beaufort.  Her paternal grandparents were John De+ Neville and Maud De+ Percy; her maternal grandparents were John Of Gaunt+ Plantagenet and Catherine De+ Roet. She had four brothers and three sisters, named Richard+, William De, George+, Edward+, Catherine+, Anne De+ and Eleanor+.  She was the second youngest of the eight children. She had two half-brothers and five half-sisters, named John, Ralph De, Phillippa De+, Alice, Margaret, Elizabeth+ and Mary.  She died at the age of 80 on May 31st, 1495 in Berkhamstead Castle, Hrt., England.  She was buried in Fotheringhay Church, Northumberland, England.

‌Cecily and Richard Of York were married in a religious ceremony in Yorkshire, England.  They had eight sons and four daughters, named Henry, Edward IV, Edmund, William, John, George, Thomas, Richard III, Anne, Elizabeth, Margaret and Ursula.
