Marino+ Pippi 
Marino+ was born on December 24th, 1925 in Stockton (Old O'Neal Twp.), San Joaquin Co., CA. Marino+'s father was Francesco Pippi and his mother was Orsolina Amalia Lucchesi. His paternal grandparents were Lorenzo+ Pippi and Maria Adelaide+ Iacopini; his maternal grandfather was Gasparo+ Lucchesi and his maternal grandmother is Maria Giuditta+ Orsi. He had a brother named Bruno Luke. He was the younger of the two children. He had a half-brother and two half-sisters, named Duilio, Daughter and Lilia. He died due to Squamous Cell Carcinoma at the age of 72 on October 25th, 1998 in Stockton, San Joaquin, CA. He was buried on November 1st, 1998 in San Joaquin Catholic Cemetary, Stockton, CA.General Notes
"Marty" joined with two other Marines after WWII to create "The Three Step Brothers", a dance act that participated through the San Francisco Ballet Company. He later met Lillian while they were both tellers at a bank in San Francsico. He was an avid amateur filmmaker (home movies, that is), and I am still amazed at how animated and interesting he made our family movie albums, even back in the 1950s. I used to call him "Cecil B. De Pippi."
