It has been explained to me by my genealogist that "Iacopini" is sometimes spelled "Jacopini" and means "little Jacob" or "little James." The "J" is missing from the Italian alphabet but is a holdover from Latin, so the "I" and "J" are interchangeable. Therefore, Iacopini and Jacopini are the same name and may be interchanged, depending upon who is doing the writing.
‌Pietro+ and Maria+ were married in a religious ceremony on February 10th, 1792. They had a son named Luigi+.
