Rene Von was born on February 5th, 1519. Rene Von's father was Heinrich III Von Nassau-Dillenburg and his mother was Claude De Chalons. His paternal grandparents were Johann V Von Nassau-Dillenburg and Elizabeth Von Hessen; his maternal grandfather was Jean IV De Chalons and his maternal grandmother is Philiberte De Luxembourg. He had a half-brother and a half-sister, named Alexis I De and Elizabeth Von. He died due to Killed in the Battle Of Saint Dizier. at the age of 25 on July 18th, 1544.General Notes
