James Minor 
James was born on November 22nd, 1788. James' father was James Carr Minor and his mother was Mary Carr. His paternal grandparents were John M. Minor and Sarah Dabney Carr; his maternal grandparents were John Carr and Barbara Ann Overton. He had a brother and five sisters, named John, Sarah Sally, Elizabeth, Mary, Nancy Ann and Barbara Overton. He was the second youngest of the seven children. He died at the age of 52 on August 29th, 1841 in Pireus, Albemarle, VA.General Notes
