George Elmer Mikels

George Elmer was born on April 10th, 1869 in Rushville, Buchannon Co., MO. George Elmer's father was William Dodson Mikels and his mother was Caroline Bushey. His paternal grandparents were David Hugh Mikels and Marguerite Minerva Swiney. He had two brothers and a sister, named John Aubrey, William and Ella May. He was the second youngest of the four children. He died at the age of 79 on March 31st, 1949 in Fort Smith, Sebastian Co., AR.
