Nicola Maxwell 
Nicola was born about 1567. Nicola's father was John Maxwell and her mother was Agnes Herries. Her paternal grandfather was Robert Maxwell and her paternal grandmother is Janet Douglas; her maternal grandfather was William Herries and her maternal grandmother is Catherine Kennedy. She had a brother and three sisters, named William, Elizabeth, Margaret and Sara. She is the second youngest of the five children.General Notes
