Elizabeth was born about 1440. Elizabeth's father was Alexander Montgomery and her mother is Margaret Boyd. Her paternal grandparents were John+ Montgomery and Agnes+ Macdonald; her maternal grandfather was Thomas+ Boyd and her maternal grandmother is Isabel+ X. She had two brothers and a sister, named Alexander, John and Margaret. She is the youngest of the four children.General Notes
