John Hoggatt

John was born on February 16th, 1771 in Guilford, NC. John's father was William Hoggatt and his mother was Hannah Beals. His paternal grandparents are Philip Hoggatt and Mary Glendenning; his maternal grandparents were John III Beals and Margaret Esther Hunt. He had three brothers and two sisters, named William, Joseph, Stephen, Margaret and Hannah. He was the second youngest of the six children. He died at the age of 1 in May 1772 in Guilford, NC.
