Mary Ford Johns was born in 1800 in KY. Mary Ford Johns' father was Zachariah Eastin and her mother was Nancy Anna Durbin. Her paternal grandparents were Augustine Eastin and Mary Sally Ford; her maternal grandfather was Daniel Durbin and her maternal grandmother is Mary Johns. She had seven brothers and four sisters, named Henry Johns, William Augusta, Charles Daniel, Thomas Norman, Robert L., Robert Scott, Laurens Ramsey, Louisa Ann, Edward Franklin, Cassandra Maria and Anna Elizabeth.
