John Cain

John was born on July 19th, 1791 in Surry, NC. John's father was Daniel Cain and his mother was Elizabeth Hutchins. His maternal grandparents were John Hutchins and Alice Stanley. He had five brothers and five sisters, named Thomas R., William, Anderson Hutchins, Daniel W., Patrick Henry, Catherine, Alice, Nancy, Elizabeth and Mary. He is the oldest of the eleven children.
