Her paternal grandfather is Reinald II Van Brederode and her paternal grandmother was Yolande De Lalaing; her maternal grandparents were Wolfart VI Van Borsselen and Charlotte De Bourbon-Montpensier. She had a brother and a sister, named Wolfart Van and Charlotte Van. She had a half-sister named Walburga Van. She died on March 8th, 1553.General Notes
