He had four brothers and five sisters, named Petrus (Slot), Johannes (Slot), Jonathan (Slot), Benjamin (Slot), Eva (Slot), Maria (Slot), Lea (Slot), Sarah (Slot) and Tryntie (Slot). He is the fourth youngest of the ten children.-
