Lydia Barnes 
Lydia was born about 1740 in Frederick Co., Virginia. Lydia's father was Brinsley Barnes and her mother was Elizabeth Lindley. Her paternal grandparents were William Barnes and Elizabeth Key; her maternal grandparents were James William Lindley and Eleanor Parke. She had eight brothers and two sisters, named Zeke, James, John, Brinsley II, Ezekiel, Jehue, Soloman, Reubin, Mary and Ann. She died before 1811 in Chatham County, North Carolina, USA.General Notes
