Judith Ayres 
Judith was born on October 1st, 1768 in Buckingham, Virginia. Judith's father was Nathan Ayres Col. and her mother was Mary Christian Leake. Her paternal grandparents were Matthias Ayres and Elizabeth Hales; her maternal grandparents were Walter Leake , Jr. and Judith Mask. She had six brothers and four sisters, named John (Parson Jack), Samuel, Nathan, Walter Leake, Matthias, Peter Leake, Elizabeth (Betsy) Hales, Mary Agnes (Polly), Jane (Jean) and Martha (Patsy). She was the oldest of the eleven children. She died about 1850.1 -
