His paternal grandparents were Henry De Audley Sheriff of Shropshire and Bertred Mainwaring; his maternal grandparents were William Longspee Earl of Salisbury and Idoine de Camville Countess of Salisbury. He had four brothers and a sister, named James Of, William Of, Nicholas De, Henry Of and Joan Of. He had a half-brother and a half-sister, named Hugh I and Maud. He died after November 1325.-
