Isolde (or Iseude) de was born about 1265 in Of, Wigmore, Herefordshire, England.  Isolde (or Iseude) de's father was Roger de Mortimer , Lord of Wigmore and her mother was Maud de Braose.  Her paternal grandparents were Ralph de Mortimer and Gwladys verch Llewellyn; her maternal grandparents were William Baron De Braiose and Eve, Lady [Sister of Surety] Marshall. She had five brothers and three sisters, named Ralph de, Edmund De, Geoffrey De, Roger De, William De, Alicia, Isabella and Margaret. She had three half-brothers and a half-sister, named William De, Brian de, Rhys Fychan ap and Gwinthlian verch.  She died about August 4th, 1338.
