Lacy Frank Wilkes 
Lacy Frank was born on September 15th, 1893 in McNairy Co., Tennessee.1 Lacy Frank's father was George Washington Wilkes and his mother was Emma Ander Perkins. His paternal grandparents were Andrew Jackson Wilkes and Mary Ann (Polly) Basham. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Carl Clyde, Oscar Carl, Earnest Eugene, John Dewitt Talmage, Dora Hester, Mary and Pearl Hazel. He was the fourth oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 70 on February 10th, 1964 in Selmer, TN.1 General Notes
