Ada Irene was born on August 7th, 1899.1 Ada Irene's father was William Arthur Underwood and her mother was Ida Elnora McBrayer. Her paternal grandparents were George Terrell Underwood and Sarah Ellen Kee. She had two brothers and nine sisters, named William Harrison, Ramah Springs, Myrtle Ardella, Jodie McCoy, Lillie Ruth, Ruby Lillian, Bessie Lee, Jessie Mae, Terrell Juanita, Sephronia Ellen and Katharine Gresham. She was the fifth oldest of the twelve children. She died at the age of 67 on May 4th, 1967.1 General Notes
