Frances Taylor 
Frances was born in 1783 in MARTIN, OR EDGECOMBE CO., NC.1 Frances' father was Joseph Taylor and her mother was Sarah Best. She had two brothers and five sisters, named Allen, Joseph, Mary Ann, Sarah Best, Elizabeth Ann, Delilah and Charlotte. She was the oldest of the eight children. She died at the age of 69 on November 17th, 1852 in WARREN COUNTY, KY.1 General Notes
