Joseph Taylor 
Joseph was born on September 10th, 1801 in EDGECOMBE CO, NC.1 Joseph's father was Joseph Taylor and his mother was Sarah Best. He had a brother and six sisters, named Allen, Frances, Mary Ann, Sarah Best, Elizabeth Ann, Delilah and Charlotte. He was the fourth youngest of the eight children.
