Orvel Snider 
Orvel was born on April 9th, 1872 in Vermilion Co., Illinois.1 Orvel's father was John Blounton Snider and his mother was Rachel E. Robinson. His paternal grandparents were John Snider and Mary Blount. He had five brothers and five sisters, named William W., Samuel B., John, Asa, Louis Edward, Mary L., Esther Ellen, Lyda, Lillian Belle and Medda. He was the fourth youngest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 18 on May 6th, 1890 in Vermilion Co., Illinois.1 General Notes
