Louis Edward was born on March 20th, 1877 in Vermilion Co., Illinois.1 Louis Edward's father was John Blounton Snider and his mother was Rachel E. Robinson. His paternal grandparents were John Snider and Mary Blount. He had five brothers and five sisters, named William W., Samuel B., John, Orvel, Asa, Mary L., Esther Ellen, Lyda, Lillian Belle and Medda. He was the youngest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 47 on October 12th, 1924 in Vermilion Co., Illinois. He was buried in Oak Hill Cemetery.1 1 General Notes
