Living Shofner 
Living's father was Chester Young Shofner and her mother was Amy Frances DeSpain. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Jefferson Shofner and Louisa Catherine Skaggs; her maternal grandparents were Richard Marshall DeSpain and Ida Frances Skaggs. She had four brothers and three sisters, named Gaines Mickie, Living, Living, Ruell, Fay, Garnette and Ronnie.-
