Lola A. was born in 1902 in Buckhorn Township, Harnett Co., North Carolina.1 Lola A.'s father was Joseph Randal Senter and her mother was Mary Louise Dean. Her paternal grandfather is James W. Senter and her paternal grandmother was Charlotte Hilliard; her maternal grandparents were Burwell Dean and Tilitha Jane Cotton. She had two brothers and four sisters, named Joseph L., William A., Lenna L, Essie Mae, Virgie L. and Lela. She is the fourth oldest of the seven children.General Notes
