Joseph L. Senter 
Joseph L. was born in 1904.1 Joseph L.'s father was Joseph Randal Senter and his mother was Mary Louise Dean. His paternal grandfather is James W. Senter and his paternal grandmother was Charlotte Hilliard; his maternal grandparents were Burwell Dean and Tilitha Jane Cotton. He had a brother and five sisters, named William A., Lenna L, Essie Mae, Virgie L., Lola A. and Lela. He is the third youngest of the seven children.General Notes
