Alvin A. Senter 
Alvin A. was born in 1825 in Greene Co., Tennessee.1 Alvin A.'s father was William Senter and his mother was Jency Ann Butler. His paternal grandparents were Henry Senter and Rebecca Avent. He had five brothers and five sisters, named James C., William Butler, Delaney, Moses Easter, Patrick Henry, Rebecca, Mary Polly, Morning, Susanah Matilda and Elizabeth Jane. Nancy Elam Senter died and Alvin married one of her sisters. He was a f
ar mer and a fine man. Alvin died during the War, in Arkansas
