Ora Belle Preston 
Ora Belle was born on April 10th, 1868 in Moultrie Co., Illinois.1 Ora Belle's father was Booker Preston and her mother was Louisa Asbury. Her paternal grandparents were Moses Preston and Agathy Simmons. She had three brothers and two sisters, named Olander Webb, Pendelton Douglas 'PD', Charles Edward, Ida Alice and Catherine. She was the second youngest of the six children. She had eight half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Calvin Luther, George Elexander, Patrick Henry, John David, Albiam Alcey, William Morgan, Eugene P., Sempronius, Frances Jane and Alea Ann. She died at the age of 79 on January 29th, 1948 in Decatur, Macon Co., Illinois.1 General Notes
