Homer Martin Mize 
Homer Martin was born on August 17th, 1895 in Pryor, Cherokee Nation, Indian Territory.1 Homer Martin's father was George B. McCellan Mize and his mother was Rosa Essafern Reynolds. His paternal grandfather was Logan Mize and his paternal grandmother is Eliza Ann Ping. He had four brothers and four sisters, named Walter Leroy, William Franklin, Sherman, Jessie Floyd, Ina Mirtle, Altie Pearl, Essie Floy and Nellie Beulah. He was the fourth oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 70 on August 15th, 1966 in Muskogee Co., Oklahoma.
