Sherman Mize 
Sherman was born on August 9th, 1897 in Oklahoma.1 Sherman's father was George B. McCellan Mize and his mother was Rosa Essafern Reynolds. His paternal grandfather was Logan Mize and his paternal grandmother is Eliza Ann Ping. He had four brothers and four sisters, named Walter Leroy, William Franklin, Homer Martin, Jessie Floyd, Ina Mirtle, Altie Pearl, Essie Floy and Nellie Beulah. He was the fifth oldest of the nine children. He died at 4 months old on December 17th, 1897 in Oklahoma.1 General Notes
