John William Keahey 
John William was born on May 24th, 1910.1 John William's father was James Alfred,3rd Keahey and his mother was Jennie Gossett. His paternal grandfather was John Mitchell Keahey and his paternal grandmother is Amanda Pilcher. He had four brothers and six sisters, named Thomas Marion, Jay Mitchell, Grover Patterson, Joseph Donald, Annie Laurie, Mary Lou, Clara Mae, Jimmie Lee, Mattie Ruth and Nellie Jane. He was the fourth oldest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 42 on September 9th, 1952.1 General Notes
