Elmer George Jones 
Elmer George was born on October 7th, 1896 in Breckenridge, Texas.1 Elmer George's father was William Riley Jones and his mother was Rebecca Heatley. His paternal grandparents were Andrew Jackson Jones and Elizabeth Adelia Swan. He had four brothers and five sisters, named Oran Dan, Emmitt Hartford, Andrew Jackson, Victor Roland, Josephine Irene, Willie Ruth, Muriel Lee, Meda Mae and Vallie Christine. He was the second oldest of the ten children. He died at the age of 72 on September 3rd, 1969. He was buried in Moran, Texas.1 1 General Notes
