WHEREAS, by and under the terms of the will of A. J. Jones, decea
se d, the undersigned G. P. Jones was named as Independ Executor there
of a nd as Trustee of the property devised and bequeathed therein and the
re by to certain parties, including Jack Jones, a grandson of t
he sa id A. J. Jones, with a privision in said will that the portions of t
he est ate of A. J. Jones devised to his said grandson, Jack Jones, shou
ld be he ld in trust for him by the Executor and Trustee under said will u
ntil he b ecomes twenty-one years of age, at which time his portion of sa
id estat e, together with any increase thereof, is to be turned over and d
eliver ed to him by said Trustee; and
WHEREAS, said Jack Jones has heretofore on the 5th day of Febuar
y, A. D. 1941, become twenty-one years of age and is therefore entitl
ed to ha ve turned over and delivered to him by the undersigned  G. P. Jon
es, as Ex ecutor and Trustee, the extate devised to him or for his use a
nd benefit u nder and by virtue of the terms of said last will and testame
nt of the sa id A. J. Jones, Deceased:
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That I, G. P. Jo
ne s, as Executor and Trustee under the will of A. J. Jones, decease
d, in con sideration of the premises and for other valuable considerat
io ns to me in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, ha
ve gr anted, conveyed, turned over and delivered, and do hereby grant, con
ver y, turned over and delivered unto the said Jack Jones, of Stephen Cou
nt y, Texas, all the property of any nature whatsoever and wheresoever sit
uat ed which I have heretofore been holding for his use and benefit as Tru
st ee or as Executor under the last will and testament of A. J. Jones, dec
eas ed;
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said rights, titles, interests and proper
ti es unto the said Jack Jones as his separate property and estte and f
or h is separate use and benefit forever.  It is further expressly stipula
te d, understood and agreed that the undersigned does not warrant tit
le to a ny of the properties covered by this instrument but is turning ov
er and de livering to the said Jack Jones such title as he has acquir
ed to said prop erties under the will of A. J. Jones, deceased, and to t
he extent such pro perties have not heretofore been disposed of by him und
er the authori ty of said will, it being the purpose of this instrume
nt to evidence th at the said Jack Jones now holds title to the said prope
rties, free and cl ear of any claims at this time on the part of the under
signed.
