Roena Griffin

Roena was born in 1856.¹   Roena's father was Washington Griffin and her mother was Mary Jane Sheppard.  Her paternal grandfather was David Griffin and her paternal grandmother is Sarah Unknown. She had two brothers and a sister, named Samuel, Eugene and Barbara Ellen.  She is the oldest of the four children. She had four half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Jarret L., Isaac C., Drury Washington, James W. Shepherd (Ship), Caroline Matilda and Nancy Elizabeth.
