Eugene Griffin

Eugene was born in 1867.¹   Eugene's father was Washington Griffin and his mother was Mary Jane Sheppard.  His paternal grandfather was David Griffin and his paternal grandmother is Sarah Unknown. He had a brother and two sisters, named Samuel, Roena and Barbara Ellen.  He is the youngest of the four children. He had four half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Jarret L., Isaac C., Drury Washington, James W. Shepherd (Ship), Caroline Matilda and Nancy Elizabeth.
