Drury Washington Bassham 
Drury Washington was born on September 13th, 1848 in Tennessee.1 Drury Washington's father was Samuel Howard Bassham and his mother was Mary Jane Sheppard. His paternal grandparents were Drury Bassham and Elizabeth Josephine Unknown. He had a brother and a sister, named James W. Shepherd (Ship) and Nancy Elizabeth. He was the second oldest of the three children. He had two half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Samuel, Eugene, Roena and Barbara Ellen.
