Clarence Cecil

Clarence was born on July 5th, 1905.¹ Clarence's father was James A. Garfield Cecil and his mother was Kate Means. His maternal grandparents were Caleb Sewell Means and Docia Emeline Norris. He has four brothers and six sisters, named Paul Grissom, James Haskell (Hack), Kent Byrn, William Russell, Evelyn Docia, Mary Aline, Roxie Ellis, Gladys Grace, Faye and Raye. He is the second oldest of the eleven children.
