Clinton T. was born on June 3rd, 1884 in Gonzales, Texas.1 Clinton T.'s father was James Augustus Bouldin and his mother is Jessica Pendleton Norton. His paternal grandfather was Green, Jr. Bouldin and his paternal grandmother is Margaret Ann Drivers. He had four brothers and five sisters, and also a sibling of unknown gender, named Claude R., Guy J., Artie A., Weldon Bailey, Mary Ella, Nina M., Maudie Lou, Faye E., Thelma and E. A.. He was the oldest of the eleven children. He had three half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Lafayette, William G., James Pickney, Margaret Elizabeth and Virginia Carolyn.
