William, Captain Graves

William, Captain was born in 1724 in VA.¹   William, Captain's father was Thomas Graves and his mother was Sarah Ann Davenport.  His paternal grandfather was John Graves and his paternal grandmother is Susanna Unknown.  He was an only child.  He died at the age of 67 in February 1791 in Henry Co, VA.¹ 

They had two sons and five daughters, named William, Jr., John, Mary, Nancy, Sarah, Susannah and Elizabeth.
