Nova Nell Bassham 
Nova Nell was born on August 24th, 1916 in Markley, Young Co., Texas.1 Nova Nell's father was Edward Franklin (Edd) Bassham and her mother was Naoma Ann (Oma) Harvey. Her paternal grandparents were Francis Marion (Frank) Bassham and Louisa Lucretia (Lucy) Popnoe. She had three brothers and a sister, named Chester Lafayette, Theylous 'Cullen', Arlie Doyle and Essie Mae. She is the youngest of the five children.General Notes
