William Edmond Basham 
William Edmond was born on October 17th, 1876 in Arkansas.1 William Edmond's father was John Pickens Basham and his mother was Mary Jane Brown. His paternal grandparents were James Madison Basham and Mary Ann Johnston; his maternal grandparents are Robert S. Brown and Susan Adair. He had four brothers and two sisters, named Franklin M., Thomas Arthur, Robert Matthew, John Moody, Virginia Mae (Virga) and Susan Marguerite (Susie). He was the third oldest of the seven children. He died at the age of 71 on December 16th, 1947 in Ventura Co., California.1 General Notes
